Use:

Apply sparingly, sufficient amount Countergel in the desired area and gently massage until absorbed by the skin. Repeat 2-3 times daily if necessary.

PRECAUTIONS:

For external use only. Do not apply to wounds, irritated or sensitive skin. After each application, hands should be washed thoroughly with soap and water. Avoid contact with eyes, nose, mouth and mucous membranes. The cream is contraindicated to individuals with hypersensitivity to capsaicin. If swallowed, consult a physician.
